Turning transformation ambition into operating reality.
Donna Pahel is an AI value creation and transformation executive with more than 25 years of experience leading transformation across AI, digital, growth, customer experience, employee experience, product, innovation, and operating-model change.
Her experience spans consulting, technology, and Fortune 500 environments, where she has helped leaders connect strategy to execution and turn ambition into practical business outcomes.
Donna currently serves as Associate Vice President, AI Service Line at Hexaware, where she focuses on helping enterprises move from AI experimentation toward scalable business value. Her experience includes work across Hexaware, Alvarez & Marsal, Allstate, Walmart, Sam's Club, GGP, and Giant Eagle.
Point of view
Donna's work sits at the intersection of AI value creation, enterprise transformation, operating-model redesign, decision rights and governance, and adoption and human change. Her core argument: AI does not become valuable when it is built. It becomes valuable when the operating model changes around it, and decision rights are the load-bearing element of that change.

The mark
The five-petal flower that appears throughout this site is inspired by the sampaguita, the national flower of the Philippines, and honors Donna's Filipina-American heritage.
Its meaning is intentionally broader than heritage alone. The open form speaks to grace, resilience, rooted identity, and possibility. It also carries a distinctly human quality: open, upright, and reaching forward.
For Donna, the mark represents the intersection of heritage, humanity, and forward movement. It is a reminder that meaningful transformation is never only about technology or systems. It begins with people, with what we carry forward, and with what we make possible next.
